Working with a tiny lot with an existing one bedroom / one bathroom home, this addition maximizes the site potential without destroying the existing home. The three story addition adds a large living room in line with today’s demands, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a primary suite with bathroom, walk-in closet, and study room. The existing home is converted to a kitchen, dining room, and office space. This project minimizes disturbance to the existing home while still creating a large family home with modern spaces and amenities in a walkable part of Longmont, CO.
