Designed for an extremely tight lot with very restrictive planning requirements, this home maximized the potential footprint by creatively utilizing covered outdoor spaces to add to the livable area without losing allowable FAR to utility and service rooms not requiring conditioning. The contemporary home’s design and color palette was optimized to fit into the city’s neighborhood but to also reflect the home owner’s design aesthetic and values.
