This 16,700 SF pediatric clinic, spanning two floors within Layton Hospital, was delivered from Schematic Design through Construction Administration as part of a larger LEED Silver–targeted medical campus.

Serving a wide range of specialties—including cardiology, neurology, imaging, and outpatient rehab—the design emphasizes a child-friendly environment integrated with the hospital’s broader concept. Interior themes such as “the river” and “the park” inform flooring, wall, and ceiling treatments, creating a cohesive and engaging experience.

The result is a vibrant, playful clinical environment that stands out within the larger facility while supporting high-quality pediatric care.
