Capitola Park

Santa Cruz, CA

This 57-unit multifamily project replaces a dilapidated single-family home on a large central Santa Cruz site, delivering much-needed housing through prefabricated volumetric modular design.

The project balances density, parking, and open space through careful site planning and coordination, creating a livable and efficient residential environment. Thoughtful amenities and outdoor areas support a range of residents, including young families seeking access to a predominantly single-family neighborhood.

By combining modular efficiency with a considered architectural approach, the design offers a practical and attractive response to the local housing shortage.
