This pre-approved ADU program was developed in collaboration with four Central Coast jurisdictions—Atascadero, Morro Bay, Arroyo Grande, and Grover Beach—delivering six unit plans across four distinct architectural styles.

Responding to varied local contexts, the designs translate Backyard Craftsman, California Modern, Beach Bungalow, and Coastal Ranch aesthetics into a cohesive, flexible system. The effort required extensive coordination across jurisdictions, consultants, and BIM workflows, resulting in four comprehensive packages comprising 24 drawing sets.

A truly “central” effort—bringing alignment, consistency, and design quality to a diverse regional housing initiative.
